The No Limits Racer Member Deal:

For No Limits Racing customers we have been able to secure a supported price on a range of tyres direct from Pirelli. Pirelli are supporting the No Limits Racing championship once again for 2017  and as a result we are pleased to pass on a specific deal designed for our members only. A maximum of 8 pairs, from the supported tyre list, is granted per meeting to each member. To qualify for the pricing members MUST purchase online when making their entries to the club for a race meeting before they close or order with race support a week before the meeting. Once you have pre ordered and pre paid, the tyres will be made available for you to collect (stock allowing from the supplier, you will be advised if there is a shortfall on your order before the event) at the race event only. Once you have pre ordered and pre paid, the tyres will be made available for you to collect (stock allowing from the supplier) at the race event only. After this the supported price cannot be upheld. Tyres purchased at the event, although competitively price, will not be sold at the members prices. Combined this with no additional card fees and this deal is really a money saver for the No Limits Racing Members.

The Design

Steel radial

Innovative belt structure with a single ply of steel cords wrapped around a radial carcass at 0°. Patented high performance technology by Metzeler for both front and rear tyres.
Steel features a higher stiffness than textile and this allows the reduction of the tyre weight. Steel radial belt reduces the dynamic deformation of the tyre under centrifugal forces giving  the tyre an excellent high-speed stability. Thanks to the more uniform heat distribution, mileage is increased and wear characteristics are more uniform.

Metzeler Advanced Winding
“Metzeler Advanced Winding” is a patented system for optimum spacing between the cords of the 0° steel belt. In certain sections of the tyre, the steel cords are wound with different spacing depending on the performance requirements on that particular area of the tyre. On both front & rear tyre the spacing is wider in the crown area for more elasticity and self-damping. For sections of the tyre used for mid lean, there is increased stiffness to support fast cornering. On the shoulder area on the rear tyre, the spacing is again wider for safe feedback and control when riding towards full lean.
Multiple radius contour

Engineering technology for contour design dedicated to high performance riding. The contour curvature is differentiated between crown and shoulder area, in order to provide most intuitive and effective handling and grip characteristics. The crown and shoulder areas feature a sharper radius for faster and more precise handling (crown) and safer stability limit feedback (shoulder). A wider radius characterizes the side area, ensuring a larger contact patch for cornering stability.
